Refund Policy

Last updated: March 11, 2026 If you're not happy with VidEngine, I'll give you your money back on the one-time access fee within 30 days of purchase. No hoops, no questions designed to talk you out of it. One-Time Access Fee You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund of the one-time access fee. After 30 days, the one-time fee is non-refundable. Monthly Subscription You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. I do not issue refunds for months already billed. Once you cancel, you simply won't be charged again. How Refunds Work All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for VidEngine. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, but most refunds show up within 5-10 business days. How to Request a Refund or Manage Your Subscription All billing is handled through Lemon Squeezy. To request a refund, cancel your subscription, update your payment method, or download invoices, go to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or contact their support team directly.
